How many 3D-models and what size can I place?

We have no restrictions on the number of uploaded models.

Depending on the selected tariff, there are restrictions on the maximum size of one 3D-model.

What formats of models does the service support?

Our service supports the following formats: glb, glb, usdz, fbx, stl, obj, 3ds, 3dm, 3mf, dxf, iges, igs, step, stp, brep, ifc, dae, kmz. If you have a model of a different format, write to us in support.

Is it possible to insert a 3D-model into a Tilda or other website builder using the service?

Yes. Our platform is suitable for any site where you can insert your HTML-code, including for the website builder. In the Tilda, you need to use the Zero-block for this. Watch a video tutorial on how to do this using the Tilda example.

Where can I get models if there are none?
  • Request them according to our instructions from the manufacturers or from those who provided you with static renderers

What should I do if I couldn't upload my 3D-model?

What will happen to the models if the subscription ends?

In this case, you will switch to a free plan. All your 3D-models will remain unchanged, but your users will be limited to viewing models for 1 minute.
